{"id":13,"date":"2017-05-18T09:09:32","date_gmt":"2017-05-18T07:09:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jdiamsss.fr\/cuillere\/?p=13"},"modified":"2025-01-26T16:23:03","modified_gmt":"2025-01-26T15:23:03","slug":"mini-cheesecake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuillere.jdiamsss.fr\/?p=13","title":{"rendered":"Mini Cheesecake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><u>Ingr\u00e9dients <\/u>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200G de biscuits au choix<\/li>\n<li>70g de beurre fondu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La cr\u00e8me :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>800g de Philadelphia<\/li>\n<li>100g sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vanille liquide<\/li>\n<li>4 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>80 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>10 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/li>\n<li>40 g de beurre demi-sel<\/li>\n<li>3 pinc\u00e9es de fleur de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Pr\u00e9paration <\/u>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>R\u00e9duire les biscuits en miettes \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un mixeur et ajouter les amandes hach\u00e9es aux biscuits.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le beurre fondu et mixer de nouveau.<\/li>\n<li>Dans le moule en silicone, mettre les miettes de biscuits et les tasser au fond du moule et sur les bords.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre au cong\u00e9lateur le temps de pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer le Philadelphia \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re en bois, ajouter ensuite le sucre et la vanille. M\u00e9langer le tout.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un. M\u00e9langer apr\u00e8s chaque oeuf bri\u00e8vement. Eviter de m\u00e9langer trop, la cr\u00e8me ne doit pas \u00eatre trop liquide.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser cuire 45 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pour le caramel :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mettre le sucre dans une casserole et le faire chauffer sur feu ultra doux.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser fondre, sans m\u00e9langer, le sucre afin d\u2019obtenir un caramel ambr\u00e9 clair.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, r\u00e9chauffer la cr\u00e8me liquide afin qu\u2019elle soit tout juste fr\u00e9missante.<\/li>\n<li>Quand le sucre est liquide, ajouter hors du feu la cr\u00e8me.
