S\u00e9chez-les dans un torchon.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9mincez la tome en fines lamelles.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9coupez la poitrine fum\u00e9e en morceaux d\u2019environ 2 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une sauteuse, faites revenir les lardons puis retirez-les en conservant la graisse fondue dans la sauteuse.<\/li>\n<li>Faites dorer les pommes de terre \u00e0 feu vif pendant 15 minutes environ en les retournant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule en bois. Salez, poivrez puis ajoutez les lardons.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporez les lamelles de tomme. M\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement. L\u2019ensemble doit \u00eatre filant.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrez et laissez \u00e0 feu doux pendant 5 minutes environ. Enlevez le couvercle et augmenter le feu en surveillant sans cesse jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les bords paraissent dor\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>C\u2019est pr\u00eat !
